You can pay the apartment rent after arrive in Vienna, in case of reserve an apartment before Vienna arrival expectation 10 day.

4. When will I receive the reservation confirmation?

Normally the confirmation is sent immediately after you complete the reservation form and send subscription.

Note: We cannot confirm the reservation until we have received all the necessary data and pre-payment. We don't receive orther person's reservation at the same time we confirm your reservation.

We can not know who will make first a reservation. We can know only that you want reservation really by remittance of subscription and e-mail that you want reservation. So, I inform that I can not guarantee your reservation if you send money without e-mail that reserve apartment. You must send me e-mail before you send money and after send money. Please scan remittance receipt and send to me by e-mail after send money.

5. What is the Subscription? Where can I see how much the Subscription is?

The Subscription is a guarantee for you to ensure your apartment reservation. That is, subscription differs with general deposit. Subscription is 30% of room charge. In order to guarantee you a reservation we need a 30% pre-payment of the total sum.

6. What is the deposit? Where can I see how much the deposit is?

The deposit is a guarantee for us to ensure the visitor takes care of the apartment. We will charge a month's worth of deposit in case of long-term rental more than one month. We will regard a month's worth of deposit as subscription. The day of your departure we will review the apartment with you and return the deposit after having received the key(s). We expect good behaviour from our guests.

7. How is the deposit / guarantee received and returned?

In case of long term rental, we receive a month's worth of deposit. In the case of long-term rental, we will regard a month's worth of deposit as subscription.

The guarantee is usually acquired by bank transfer. The day of departure we will return the guarantee after having reviewed the state the apartment. If we find damage caused by the renter, we will compensate for the damage with (part of) the guarantee.

Indemnity is applied to short term rental.

8. What methods of payment are accepted?

For the pre-payment we accept bank transfers or Moneygram. We don't accept credit card and Paypal. The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid directly to us on the arrival day at the apartment.

9. What is the remittance charge?

When you remit subscription by bank transfer, you consider remittance charge and send to me. "Remittance charge" is the money that pay to the bank as that is related to the bank transaction. That is, remittance charge is bank transaction charge. (The remittance charge, also called a service charge or processing fee) You should pay both of remittance charge. (Vienna and Your country) If you do not consider remittance charge and send money to me, you will have to pay room charges again equivalent to remittance charge to me after you arrive in Vienna.

10. Can I pay the remaining amount after pre-payment with a credit card?

No, it is not possible. On your arrival at the apartment you must pay the amount indicated in the confirmation in cash to us. You can receive a receipt. Please tell us to issue receipt beforehand before arrival

11. When and where do I receive the key(s)?

Normally we will hand over the key(s) on the arrival day after showing you the apartment. All the details will be explained in the reservation confirmation.

12. Who will attend to me once I have arrived at the apartment?

Once you have arrived at our apartment, we will attend to your needs. In the reservation confirmation you will find all the details necessary to contact us before your arrival to make specific plans for a meeting place and time (normally in the apartment). We will give you the key(s) and collect the rent.

13. What must I bring to the accommodation?

All the listed apartments are completely equipped with sheets, towels, etc. Guests must bring their personal belongings. The facilities and content of the apartment are detailed on the Web page.

14. Are animals accepted in the apartment?

Domestic animals are not usually permitted in our apartments. In certain cases, (guide dogs etc.) it is possible that the "Hahns Vienna Apartments" give special permission. It is necessary that the user has consent in writing from the proprietor of the "Hahns Vienna Apartments in order to bring the animal.

15. I am travelling with children. What are the prices?

Children under two years of age do not pay (they should be included in the reservation). 30% reduction is granted to children between 3-12 years.(the date of birth is the deciding factor). Children more than twelve years old have the same tariffs as adults. When you reserve an apartment, please write correctly child's age. Only so, I can calculate exact rent.

16. What are the arrival and departure times?

The schedules for check-in/out are as follows:

- check in: from 14:00
- check out: until 11:00

Any arrival / departure times outside of this schedule must be decided with us previous to the arrival.

17. Rent of an apartment: Will there be other guests in the apartment I have rented?

There will never be other guests in the apartment you have reserved. This is also valid about the number of travellers in your group.

18. Where may I leave suitcases?

We do not have any place to store suitcases for our clients. If your trip schedule made it necessary, you can speak with us about the possibility of keeping the suitcases until the arrival / departure time. Please send e-mail beforehand before arrive in Vienna to solve this problem.

19. How can I cancel a reservation?

All cancellations must be mailed by email or fax directly to us in charge of your reservation. Please take note that our conditions with respect to returns depend on the time before the arrival date. To obtain more information please read the rental conditions.

20. Will there be a return in case of a cancellation?

The return of the pre-payment depends on the time at which the cancellation is realized. To obtain more information please read the rental conditions.

We can provide a receipt for the amount paid.

22. I need the document for Austria visa issuance. Can Hahns Vienna Apartments issue the document that need in visa issuance?

Yes, we can issue "Online Booking Confirmation" for visa issuance. And we need details information such as your party's name, nationality, age, address, passport number etc..

23. When are the low and high seasons?

The high / low season information appears in the description for each apartment and varies based on the apartment.

24. When is the best time to visit Vienna?

This is a very difficult question to answer because it depends on your own interests and plans for the visit. If you want to enjoy the good weather, summer(April to Oct.) is the best time to plan your trip. Everything depends on your preferences. Our apartments offer unique enchantments all year round!
