Vienna signtseeing in "Hahns Vienna Apartments(HVA)"

Rates : Please take the time to read the following information carefully.

(All prices in Euro. P = people)

8 persons can sleep at apartment "A", we do not receive other guest for customer's private life and comfortable travel even if one person stays only. The unused room will be locked being emptied meantime.

10% DC : Nov., from 10 Jan. to Feb.

1. Payment Information -

Our price includes tax and service charges for bed-linen, towels, central heating,electricity, water etc. Final cleaning fee is 35 Euro. And, for additional cleaning on your request 35 Euro will be charged.

Reservation is only available through " reservation page " of Home Page or other "Travel Site", and we don't receive reservatio by telephone. Please notice that only a written (e-mail or fax) booking and subscription from your side guarantees a reservation.

1) Pre-payment -

Reservation can only be hold by pre-payment (advancement of bank remittance method). We don't accept credit card and Paypal. Reservation is confirmed when you pay subscription. If you select our apartment, I will give my bank information to you.

2) Subscription is 30% of room charge. In order to guarantee you a reservation we need a 30% pre-payment of the total sum.

The remaining 70% have to be paid on the day of arrival in cash. In case of room charge is below 400 Euros, you have to pay in full room charges.(In this case, we regard room charges as subscription.)

3) Remittance Charge - When customer send room charges to me, customer consider remittance charge and send to me. "Remittance charge" is money that pay a bank as that is related to the bank transaction. The remittance charge, also called a service charge or processing fee or transaction charge. You should pay both of remittance charge.(Vienna and your city)

If customer do not consider remittance charge and send money to me, customer will have to pay room charges again equivalent to remittance charge to me after customer arrive in Vienna.

4) MoneyGram - If bank remittance is uncomfortable to you, please refer to below link. You can use an internet based money transfer - such as MoneyGram

If you send money through "www.moneygram.com", remittance charge seems to be less. (sometimes high)

If you send money through "MoneyGram", must tell me : remitter's full name, reference number, What country is the money sending from?

5) We will give the apartment key at the same time when we receive remaining room charge which deduct a subscription fee from whole room charge.

6) long-term rental - We will charge a month's worth of deposit in case of it is long-term rental more than two months. In the case of long-term rental, we will regard a month's worth of deposit as subscription fee. You must pay room charge by method of bank remittance in the appointed due date. Otherwise, we will deduct room charge in your deposit. And you must leave guest room the day that your deposit finishes the effect.

7) Child Charge

Below 3 years - Free of charge

Between 3-12 years - 30% reduction (the date of birth is the deciding factor)

Children more than twelve years old have the same tariffs as adults. When you reserve an apartment, please write correctly child's age. Only so, I can calculate exact rent.

Baby cot can be provided on request.

8) If you lose the apartment key, you must indemnify 40 Euros per 1 key.

2. About Cancellation of Reservation  - If you want to cancel your reservation, please send to me document of cancellation by fax or E-mail until 21 nights. (from arrival day. No Telephone.)

1) If you want to cancel reservation until 21 nights before arrival date : refund all subscription. That is, reservations may be cancelled until 21 nights before arrival free of charge.

2) Less than 21 nights before arrival a cancellation fee of 250 Euro will be charged.

3) Cancellations less than 14 nights before arrival, 100% of the total booking amount will be billed.

4) Subscriber have to pay Remittance charge. That is, remittance charge is subscriber's burden.

5) In case of non-arrival at the agreed time/date of check-in we have to charge 100% of the total sum.

6) In case of early departure (before the agreed departure time date) we have to charge 100% of the total sum. Already payed bookings and/or part-payments will not be refunded.

3. After contract is confirmed, contract number of persons' decrease does not influence in effect of the contract.

4. Others

1) Check in - From  14 P.M.   Check Out - Until  11 A.M.

2) Central Heating and Individually Controlled Heating

3) In time of need ( for example: fire, electric meter gauge examination, the case which is critical, and so on ) the manager have the right to enter in your room at any time.    

4) Conclusion of Apartment Rental Contract means that customer agreed to below contents.

The customer is responsible for the apartment's damage by customer's deliberation and fault, also, even if the damage is determined after departure.

5) About Skype :

It is our service for customer to provide Skype(internet based telephone). However, this service is not provided unlimitedly and this service is not unilateral.

It is not allowed to fill up Skype Credit without approval of Hahns Vienna Apartments. It is customer service that Hahns Apartments offers Skype free, but this can not supply unlimitedly.

Hahns Vienna Apartments gives right to use Skype to customer during lodging period, but Hahns Vienna Apartments does not give right to fill up Skype Credit. If customer disobeys this, will become serious illegal act.

Usually, can use for 3 hours by 3 Euros to the USA if call with Skype. So, we offer Skype free within the limits of 3 Euros, and requests to the guest if exceed 3 Euros.
